Alfred is an AI executive assistant that runs on your own Mac or Windows computer, with one memory behind all of its agents. It remembers you, your businesses, and your rules, drafts email replies in your voice, writes up your meetings, and sends you a short morning brief. It never sends an email on its own.

How is Alfred different from ChatGPT or Claude in a chat window?

A chat window starts from scratch every time. Alfred picks up where you left off. It’s connected to your email, calendar, and meetings, and every agent works from the same memory, so you never explain yourself twice.

Who is Alfred for?

Business owners, investors, and anyone with a full inbox and a full calendar who’d rather spend the day on the work only they can do. You don’t need to be technical. If you can explain how you’d handle something, Alfred can learn it.

Can I change what Alfred does?

How does setup work?

It all happens on your onboarding call. We connect your email and calendar, set up Alfred’s memory, and get your agents running. If you can’t make that call, we’ll put you on the next one.

Does Alfred work on Mac and Windows?

Yes, on one computer. Install it on your laptop and it runs on your laptop. Your computer needs to meet the minimum requirements, and you need permission to install software, which some company-managed computers block.

Will Alfred send emails without me?

No. Alfred writes drafts. You read them, change whatever you want, and hit send.

Is my data private? What AI does it use?

Alfred runs on your computer, and we never see or store your email. It uses Claude through your own Anthropic account, and you set a monthly spending cap. It can only open the folders you connect.

What happens if I cancel?

Alfred keeps working for 7 days, then it stops and updates end.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

Your $997. It doesn’t cover membership months after your first 30 days, your AI usage with Anthropic, or outages at outside services like Google, Microsoft, Zoom, or Anthropic, though we’ll still help you through those. It’s about getting Alfred working, not specific results.
