Here's the silver lining – we're forced to do things that we would not normally do before. We're working from home. Which is not so bad. Maybe a little nerve-wracking at times.

For example, I've worked from home for a long time, but I can't go out to my coffee shop or lunch where I want to and that irritates me.

But – it also gives me the opportunity to spend more time with my family and maybe even have lunch with them!

For every challenge you’re facing right now, there is an equal opportunity available to you and it all comes down to your mindset. Let’s make the shift together:

Right now our kids are forced home and we have to “homeschool” – now, we've done that for years as well. But for a lot of people, this is a new thing and it's very awkward.

Change of Pace

We’ve been talking to some of our friends who are new to this stuff and struggling. But at the same time, they’re also figuring it out and realizing they have choices in their kid’s education. Now they get to spend more time with their children. It’s an opportunity to build our relationships.

AND – since there are no afterschool programs or activities, and no commute time to account for, this leaves even more time available to us.

Have you been thinking about what to do with some of the new windows of time that have opened up for you? 

So here's the thing – I think we have a window about a couple months, three months maybe. Of what is like forced down time.

If you're looking for buying opportunities, you're going to get them.

You might not get them right now, but you're going to get them and they're going to be here in probably a quarter or so.

I think we have a unique opportunity to shift from where we are now, which could be a full time job – and shift to what comes next. Which could be not having a job this time next year, right?

Going from a full time employee to a full time entrepreneur to financial freedom! We have a couple months right now where we can make that shift, together.

Making the Shift

That shift comes from a mindset perspective but also comes from taking action. It’s time to educate ourselves, right?

I want to challenge you not to take up too much of this unique time we have here by binge-watching and doing things that waste the opportunity you have here. 

Now don’t get me wrong, I love me some Netflix too – but you can really waste a lot of time scrolling on social media and streaming non-stop. I want to encourage you to take a different approach.

For these next 2-3 months, let’s make the shift. I wanted to give you a couple of resources in case you’re interested in diving into multifamily syndications to become financially free.

Because of where we are right now, we opened up our Deal Maker Mastermind, which is normally a closed group – but we opened it up to everyone.
