I would have been great to have a sample deal package and we could cut and paste and include our information about our deal. These help in putting the deal package in the correct order with our information.

Just finished all your videos. On your next revision would you consider adding an option for Reallocation, where a percentage Ownership equity is taken to pay yourself for the deal. Instead of taking 3 different compensations, Reallocation of say 1-15% would give you an Acquisition Fee, Asset Management fee, and Capital Transaction Fee, all rolled into one.
