Marketing Coordinator
Are you a whiz with coordinating schedules, details, and deliverables?
Do you have a knack for executing marketing strategy and blasting through to-do lists?
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while implementing digital marketing tasks to support our Brand Manager and play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of our marketing programs.
This includes all the fun marketing tasks like communications, booking, planning, branding, social media and digital media. In addition, you will assist with the development of new marketing initiatives that are aligned with our company goals.
The ideal candidate has prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions and be able to follow through consistently.
We're looking for a “jack of all trades” marketer with a track record of being organized, detail-oriented, hyper creative with excellent communication skills.
If you love marketing, dabbled in running Facebook ads, tinkered with Elementor, and know what a UTM is, then we should talk.

Responsibilities include
- Project management support for brand manager
- Assist with media and guest opportunities for brand talent
- Coordinate the launch of Nighthawk Equity blog
- Support content team with passive video planning and implementation
- Implement marketing tasks and general administrative support
- Jack of all trades marketing generalist
- Post content in community groups, schedule speakers for weekly events, support content and community team with tasks to engage community members
Results and Key Performance Indicators
- Efficiently work through Active Campaign, Monday boards, Traction tools, and google workspace to manage projects and report weekly with status updates
- 24 online guest appearances in 12 months, 4 live presentations for Nighthawk representatives
- 1 blog post per week
- 2 passive content video recordings per month
- Provide implementation support in all digital marketing facets in all brands (social, community, podcast, content, outreach, events)
- Schedule weekly DMM events, FB group events, coordinate calendars with speakers and facilitators
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing
- 1-3 years experience in communications related field
- 1-3 years experience in wordpress
- 1-3 years experience in managing projects
- 1-3 years experience in graphic and video editing
- Or equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field

- 100% Remote position
- Full time hours but open to the right part time candidate
- M-F business hours with flexibility
