Philippe grew up in Thionville located in the North East of France. He holds a Master’s Degree in Science – Mechanical Engineering from HEI, Lille, France. Philippe spent 20 years in the business jets aircraft industry in various leadership roles in the IT department and in the Contracts & Specifications department. He moved to the USA in 2001.Philippe, his wife and two daughters live in Atlanta, GA.
Philippe started to invest in real estate with single family rentals in 2017, and shortly after moved to multifamily syndications.
He is a full time real estate investor and mentor since 2020.
